Revised Three Project Proposals

Possible Project Proposal #1: For my first possible project proposal I was thinking about interviewing the PSU Abington's IST director Joe Oakes. He teaches a variety of classes and one of the classes that I'm interested in is game developing. I have always wanted to learn how to develop a simple game. Teaching was not always my passion but as I grow older I want to help poeple and help guide them.By interviewing him I believe I can get a better glimpse on what that field is like and will help me see bigger.

Textual Genres:

• raise money (write like a pitch, product proposal)
• write out the dialog (plot, character)
• storyboard (scene by scene) - explain it to people, communicate
• advertise (drum up interest for the video game)

Possible Project Proposal #2: For my second possible project proposal, I would like to interview Amir A. who works at Vanguard. His job is to solve problems and innovate through data science and it's nearly impossible that we won't come across problems in life but I find that solving problems is very interesting and fun. It's not always the same problem but different which makes it unique and it's always a fun way to work the brain. 

Textual Genres:

• history (because history tends to repeat itself and since they are problem solvers some answer may lie within)

Possible Project Proposal #3: As for my last possible project proposal, I would like to interview Agnes Hong who works at Vanguard. Her job title is Senior Portfolio Manager, Index and Quantitative Strategies. She is an experienced investment executive and this field interests me because I have grown up to hearing many ways to invest in preparation for retirement. By interviewing her I could possible get a better grasp in investing for a smarter and brighter future.

• constantly read about stock prices 
• be up to date with financial news
• private equity firms (for small businesses)
