Name of Genre: Emails
Author’s purpose/goal: Quickly provide and receive information on necessary information (since there would be different groups working on different parts)
Intended/primary audience: To individual teams because there would be lots of teams doing different parts to make the final product
Wider/secondary audience (if applicable):
Context/”rhetorical situation” surrounding this text: If other teams are having issues on one part, most likely, it would be hard for them to move onto the next part.
Surface-level conventions: Supporting teams, encouraging them on there accomplishments
Content/information that’s included: If there is any chances to a project, it is important to let each group know the specific change
Organization/structure: To see how each group is doing, making sure they are meeting due dates, and asking if they need any help or advice
Affordances:
Constraints: Making sure to stay on top of due dates and if one team is having problems, making sure to let other groups know because most likely it's not going to move forward without finishing each step
